Mee Thyme started when I purchased a small sandwich shop with just a few seats. Since then, we've grown into a full-fledged cafe and established a successful catering business, working with some major clients. Darren used to be a builder, though he's getting old now. He’s my sidekick, my rock, and he makes an amazing butty. He’s also great at deliveries! We have an incredible team, and without them, none of this would be possible.
